The charity is organising a lunch at the Forest Pines Hotel in Brigg on Friday, 14 September 2018 from 12.00 noon until 4.00 p.m.

The guest speaker is Alan Johnson who served as MP for the Hull & West constituency for 20 years, is an award-winning author and Patron of the charity which serves the people of North Lincolnshire and East Yorkshire.

The lunch is to help raise funds towards the charity’s current project to enable medics to detect not only cancer but also early stage dementia and heart disease in a ground-breaking development to build a £7.5 million Molecular Imaging Research Centre next to the existing Jack Brignall PET-CT Scanning Centre at Castle Hill Hospital.
