On 10 March 2018 friends of Tony Hunter from Grimsby, who had recently been diagnosed with mouth cancer, decided to raise funds for the charity with a bike ride which started at The Daisy Building, Castle Hill Hospital, Cottingham and finished at The Valiant Pub, Grimsby.  The team that completed this epic ride included regulars from The Valiant Pub; Mikey Smith, Shaun Dobson, Paul Parker, Matt Thompson, Sophie Barbour, Sean Dobbs, Billy Wilson, Scott Barber, Matt Page and Lewis Parker, who is currently serving with the Royal Engineers in the Falklands, and completed the ride with a full pack on his back! Their sponsorship and other fundraising activities at the pub after the ride raised a magnificent £2,579.05 towards phase 2b.  Well done and many thanks for all your hard work and determination!
